Our grand opening weekend was a success!

Thank you to my family, my dear friends, and every person who came out to support us. Thank you for being here, thank you for believing in us, and thank you for making the restaurant feel like home.

From the ribbon cutting to the packed tables, the live music, the candlelight, and our team working so hard, it was a weekend we will never forget. Seeing everyone together in that room meant everything.

We are so grateful. More beautiful nights to come!

OOLALA LASAGNA VIP UPDATE

If you joined our VIP waitlist, please read this before you come in.

The VIP waitlist was not a final reservation.

A lot of people thought signing up saved them a table for a set day and time. It did not. It only put you on our interest list.

Your table is not saved until OpenTable shows a confirmed booking in your name.

Please do not come to the restaurant unless you have that confirmation.

This weekend is full. A few seats may still be open. If those times are gone, book the next weekend.

If you show up without a final booking on OpenTable we will not be able to seat you.

VIP announcement:

We had over 1,000 people sign up! That is incredible, and it also means we cannot call everyone.

This weekend we will email you to finalize your reservation. If you did not receive a phone call, please check your inbox and spam folder so we can lock in your time.

We will do our very best to honor the date and time you requested. Some preferred times are already full, so we may need to offer another available slot.

Thank you for your patience. We cannot wait to welcome you, serve you, and share the Oolala Lasagna experience.

RESTAURANT UPDATE!

Oolala Lasagna opens in 2 weeks!

Here are some exciting announcements:

• Live music is officially scheduled for the grand opening!
• Piano music from 3-6pm (September 3-5)
• Chiara Maria performing 6-9pm (September 3-5)
• Bags of fresh pasta will be available for purchase to bring home.
• We have officially joined the Brick Township Chamber of Commerce.

We will be calling everyone who has signed up on the VIP waitlist to confirm and schedule reservations. We will do our very best to accommodate the date and time you requested.

Due to the overwhelming number of reservation requests, some preferred times may already be filled, so we may need to offer you another available time.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through our reservation list. We can't wait to welcome you, serve you, and share the Oolala Lasagna experience!

A few quick updates while we get ready to open the doors:

• Open Thursday, Friday & Saturday only from 3–11pm (9pm last reservation)
• Located at 520 Princeton Ave in Brick Township, NJ
• BYOB — b**r and w**e only
• Full menu with prices drops next week
• Live music schedule coming soon
• We’ll be calling everyone on the VIP waitlist over the next two weeks to confirm your reservations. Not all preferences can be accommodated.
