The Parma.

We’re keeping it classic with the perfect combination of thinly sliced Prosciutto di Parma, roasted peppers, fresh mozzarella, a drizzle of EVOO, and a touch of balsamic glaze—all served on fresh, crusty semolina bread.

Looking for your next favorite lunch? You have to come by and try our new Chicago-style Italian Beef sandwich.

We’re talking tender, thinly sliced roast beef piled high, topped with melted provolone and a kick of spicy giardiniera. We dip the whole thing in our signature house-made Au Jus and serve it up on toasted, crusty semolina bread. It’s messy, savory, and exactly what you’re craving.

Come by the shop and grab one today!
