Today was one for the books at Florrie Kaye’s. 💐

Our first Mother’s Day in our new location was officially our busiest Mother’s Day ever, and we are beyond grateful to every family who chose to celebrate with us today. Being part of so many special moments and family traditions is something we never take for granted.

A huge thank you goes to our incredible staff, especially the many hardworking moms on our team who show up every single day with strength, dedication, and heart. They all spent their Mother’s Day serving others before going home to their own families and children. The sacrifices they make day in and day out do not go unnoticed, and today would not have been possible without them.

And on a personal note, we want to thank our own mothers and sisters for being such strong, hardworking women and for always supporting us through this journey. We are endlessly grateful ❤️

To all the mothers, grandmothers, stepmothers, and mother figures — thank you for everything you do. We hope you felt celebrated today.

We’ve got big plans for our beautiful patio this summer season! ☀️

The entire patio is almost done, being leveled out and resurfaced. We have beautiful plants and vegetables going into the surrounding garden beds. All our furniture has been power washed and is ready to go!

The new Florrie Kayes patio is much larger than the one in Carmel. It’s situated in the middle of a beautiful & quiet courtyard. No traffic noise & no cigar smell, just stunning surroundings, top-notch service, and a unique menu.

We can’t wait to see you there! 🙌🏻🥂

Rich oxtail gravy in the works for tomorrow nights dinner service 🙌🏻😍

This Friday, we’re serving something special — a dish you don’t see every day, but one you will definitely remember.

Our oxtail is pan-seared until deeply golden, then deglazed with red wine, root vegetables, fresh herbs and slowly braised for four hours in our house-made beef stock until meltingly tender. Once cooled over night we pull the meat from the bones and mix into the braising sauce.

The result? A rich, meat sauce poured over pasta and finished with a ball of creamy burrata cheese 🤤

Oxtail is a classic, old-world cut known for its incredible depth of flavor — rich & warming - perfect for these cold winter nights.
