After all the calls and messages we figured we would take a sec and let everyone know.... We are OPEN today. 7am to 3 pm. Nicole and Abigail in the kitchen cooking up dreams, and Krystina and Merissa slinging smiles for you today.
Erin and Christian will be with Aiden at the Phoenix Memorial day Parade at The Medicine Shop with the RedneckReuben Union food truck.

We again wanted to thank all of our customers and followers for supporting this little dream of ours.

Memorial day Specials...
- The Red, White and Blueberry Benedict- Butter griddled english muffin with crispy Corned Beef Hash, 2 Poached Eggs, Homemade Hollandaise and Blueberry Balsamic driz, served with Breakfast Potatoes

- Firework Frenchie- 2 pieces of French toast with Blackberry Vanilla syrup, whipped cream, Fresh sliced Strawberries and blueberries

- Sunrise Salute Breakfast Mac- Smoked Gouda Mac n Cheese with Chopped Bacon, Cheddar Jack Cheese, 2 crispy sunny up eggs and Chili Crisp oil

- Freedom Fish Sando- 8 Oz Potato Chip Crusted Haddock filet on an 8 inch Hoagie served with Slaw and Fries.

Remember why today happens- The weight of the 13 folds of the flag given to the Family of our Fallen soldiers is 2.3 pounds, but that weight and those 13 folds represent what is given for us to have every freedom afforded to us as Americans. The right to protest, the freedom of Speech, press and to worship who we see fit and so, so much more. So remember those who gave their lives, those that will never hold their loved ones or see a sunrise or sunset again for us to have a better future.

Brewer Union is a Family owned and Operated breakfast, Lunch ( 7 am- 3 pm) and sometime Dinner ( Oct-May)restaurant located in Brewerton, Ny right across from beautiful Oneida Lake. Winner of Best Brunch and Diner 2 years in a row on the Peoples Choice Syracuse.Com awards, earning secondary placements for Steaks, Sandwiches, Seafood, Breakfasts and lunch. They are a common stop for the KRock Diner tour and consistently nominated in the Top 10 Burgers in Ny State for the Nys Beef council competition since they've opened. Also rated as one of Yelps top 25 places to eat in CNY and the Second, yes , thats right... The Second Best Restaurant in all of CNY. Our biggest Fans are often called a Cult for their loyal and supportive following without whom we wouldn't be here doing what we love. With a small but committed Staff ( Past & Present) that have truly made Brewer Union Cafe what it is, their attention to detail and smooth service make dining with us a secondary treat of attention and affection highlighted only more by the delicious offerings.. . Erin and Christian are just regular restaurant folks, a Mom & Dad, who got an unexpected opportunity to live out their dream of one day owning their own spot. She is small (42 seats) but mighty. Stay tuned for unique combinations, cool, rarely seen ingredients and some of NY's biggest plates of Food to hit a table without an eating challenge being involved. Its been a wild ride yall have supported us on and things keep getting wilder by the minute. Heres another crazy moment.... on the hunt for 10k... I know, to some its a pretty modest number, to us... its monumental. We never thought we would be where we are at right now at this moment, so its a weird feeling to be looking 9900 in the face. As we go through we love that theres other restaurants as far away as France, Australia Colrado and Washington state following lil ol us. In the spirit of that, we ask 2 things... first, post where youre following us from, the next is to get as many of our 9900 followers to go to our page and tap the 3 little dots at the top right of the page and tap on that " Invite friends" tab, when it asks who, just hit all. We want nothing more than to share our shenanigans with the world. Thank you all so much, this is about as cool and goofy a dream as we could ever have for ourselves. Thank you, Thank you Thank you.

We havent done too much behind the scenes updates in the last 2 years cause we just been pumping as fast as we can to get up the hill. Any one that tells you restaurant owners are getting rich in NY state should try opening their own spot sometime. We've fixed the Hood fans. And now we're adding a new element to the game. Up until now we have been serving the needs of both Brewer Union and RedneckReuben Union for corned beef out of a conventional oven that only cooks 4 corned beef brisket every 12 hours. This new upgrade of a convection oven allows us to cook 8 corned beef every 8 hours. By the end of the Fall we hope to add a second unit to this so that we may be eligible to do more festivals, concerts and yes, even state fairs, especially our beloved NYState Fair. So , in short, we hope to be able to stop running out of Hash every week and be able to provide yall with what yall all seem to be coming for. The best homemade Hash and Epic Corned beef variation sandwiches available, as well as the already infamous Reuben.
Thank you all for your support over the years. We cant wait for this summer to start and for what comes next......

Full tilt boogie... the life we live. Things have been at warp speed lately and posting has been harder to get to, but were still here. Bringin the bangenest foods to your plates. We recently heard that theres a spoof page going around that we're closed.... well, we're not closed, still got 4 years on lease with an option for another 5, can't get rid of us that easily. So for now we're just on modified Summer hours. 7 am to 3 pm, 7 Days a week. As for that food we were mentioning.... here's a look at what you missed today...

-Ube Coconut Pancakes with Fresh Mountain Honey Whipped Cream, Vanilla BlackBerry syrup and Candied Cinnamon Walnut and Almond Nut Clusters.

-The Breakfast Griddler- Baby Spinach, Ham, Swiss and Scrambled Eggs, and Honey Bar Mustard on Griddled Sourdough, served with Breakfast Potatoes.

Since you weren't looking when we snuck these in today, we will have them available again tomorrow.... Just for you.

Tonight will be the last dinner service until after Summer. Open till 8 pm. Our hours will be 7am to 3 pm, 7 days a week moving forward as our food truck season hits full tilt boogie. As CNY's Summer takes hold and all the Family events and Shenanigans, our night time sales slow and we See all our favorite customers out and about at festivals and goings on. So, get in here tonight for that Fried Haddock and a few of your other favorites for the last time untill September. But Fear not, we have alot more in store for you this summer in the way of Fun and creative foods. See yall soon!!!
