The Sweet Retreat is growing, and we’re ready to add another person to our crew!
We’re looking for a Part-Time Crew Member to help us serve mini donuts, specialty drinks, and a whole lot of happy customers at events throughout Western North Carolina.
What the position looks like:
• $15/hour + tips
• Approximately 10–20 hours per week
• Flexible, event-based schedule
• Some mornings, evenings & weekends
• Travel to events throughout WNC
• Fast-paced, hands-on work
• 18+ preferred
You don’t need years of coffee or food-service experience. We’re much more interested in finding someone who is dependable, friendly, hardworking, comfortable talking with customers, and willing to learn.
You’ll help with everything from taking orders and preparing drinks to serving donuts, restocking, cleaning, and helping us set up and break down at events.
