✨Have you tried a CMO Quesadilla?!✨
What started as a new, fun, small-menu release when we reopened after Hurricane Helene has turned into a fan-favorite in 2026 … recently inching its way onto the Top-5 best-seller list at CMO, behind perennial favorites pizzas, chicken salad, breakfast burritos, and chicken caprese sandwiches! (Can you believe we’ve already served over 2100 quesadillas in 2026?! 🤯)

The CMO Quesadilla menu is build-your-own style so each guest can truly customize their experience — similar to our build-your-own pizza style!

The CMO Quesadilla menu and ordering works like this:

1) Tortilla: All quesadillas start with the same delicious 12” flour tortilla (vegan) that we use for our best-selling breakfast burritos, cut into 4 quesadilla wedges

2) Cheese: Choose between our shredded Monterey-jack & cheddar blend or our dairy-free vegan cheese substitute. (We recommend salsa mixed with the cheese but you can choose cheese-only!)

3) Proteins: Diced Chicken or mojo-marinated Pulled Pork are our protein recommendations for quesadillas; you also can choose from our pizza menu: bacon, sausage, and pepperoni are additional protein options

4) Veggies: Red Onions, Green Bell Peppers, Mushrooms, & Jalapeños are all great Quesadilla menu options, but you can also pick off the pizza menu for black olives and banana pepper adds!

5) +Add-ons: Guacamole, Sour Cream, and/or salsa are available on the side!

Need a gluten-free option? Our GF rice-flour based pizza crust is wildly popular and would make a great Mexican pizza variation with any creative topping combinations!

Guests are loving our quesadillas because they are creative, customizable meal solution available 8am-8pm everyday (yep, we’ve got a lot of breakfast quesadilla-eaters out there!); they are budget-friendly, kid-friendly, wonderfully shareable, and hit-the-spot year-around!

We will be open from 8am-*6*pm on July 4th with a special holiday music event by The Bruce Threlkeld Trio from 4-6pm. Afterwards continue your celebrations in Cedar Mountain at Cedar Mountain Cafe and CedarMountainCanteen to catch 💥The Nikki Talley Band 💥 7:30-9pm at the Canteen!

On Sunday July 5th we’ll be back to our normal 8am-8pm schedule with Widlowski Jazz playing 4-6pm!

We are all smiles today as the ever-talented of brought her green thumb to the Outpost today to plant our new planters 🤩

Many of our original planters really took a beating and washed away far down stream during Hurricane Helene … even across and beyond Sherwood Forest golf course. In 2025 we focused much of our re-vitalization attention on our team and the Outpost building — inside and out.

It is a welcome opportunity to focus on some gardening and patio improvements in 2026, though the scrapes and scars of those old planters certainly are a sobering reminder of those harsh days and the hurricane’s lasting effect on us.
