We’re so grateful to get to source our beef from Goodstock by Nolan Ryan and to have the relationship that we’ve been able to build with them. They care just as much about quality and consistency and we do!

Blueberry jalapeño glazed pork belly burnt ends on the special board today. A wonderful customer of our brought us some homemade blueberry jalapeño glaze that she made and we figured there was no better way to showcase it than on pork belly burnt ends. Imagine eating bacon and a blueberry waffle together, that’s what it tastes like. We have the full regular BBQ lineup as well, y’all come see us for lunch!
