Happy 18th birthday to my blueberry-loving niece! She requested a blueberry cake with blueberry compote filling, fresh blueberries and frosted with a lightly sweetened blueberry buttercream. Every bite is bursting with a perfect balance of tart and sweet. Wishing my niece Kylie a berry special year ahead!

It was so fun creating these cuppycakes 🧁 for a sweet ❤️ 10-year-old! 🧁 She asked for pink, gold and roses! It’s a joy to help families celebrate God’s gifts , like turning 10! May her year be filled with laughter, love, and His grace. Happy 10th birthday Lana!! 🎂 ❤️

These two cakes were donated to the Trillium Women’s Center, “Cherish Life Gala” dessert auction this past weekend to help raise money to provide hope, meaningful help and the gospel of Jesus to women facing unplanned pregnancies and to their families. I love it when cake can help out a great cause! ❤️

Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Cake
Three layers of dark chocolate cake filled with chocolate ganache, a creamy peanut butter filling with bits of Reese’s peanut butter cup candy. And look at the size of that Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup on top!! 😋

Ultimate S’mores Cake
Layers of graham cracker crust, chocolate cake, chocolate ganache, toasted marshmallow filling, and chocolate frosting.

I’m thrilled to have donated this Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup cake to support a fundraiser to raise funds for student tuition for one of the local Christian Academy schools in my area. It’s wonderful to see cake bring joy while making a difference in the lives of students.
