Chung's Express

04/02/2026

Back and better than ever in Bremerton, starting TODAY!

We’re baaaaaack, Bremerton!👋

The rumors are true: Chung’s Express officially reopens today under original ownership and new leadership—and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome you in.

You’ll find the same flavors this place was built on, with an updated menu, refreshed space, expanded hours, and renewed focus on quality, consistency, and service. Fresh, Chung's favorites. Done right.

If it’s been a while, we’d love to see you again.

Come by, say hi. Now open Monday - Saturday 10:30am - 4pm.

Wondering why our building is looking a little naked right now? We're getting an upgrade!

After 22 years of serving up your favorite homestyle teriyaki and pho in Silverdale, we decided it was time for some new custom awnings from our friends at Hanson Sign Co.

The pic below is the rendering of what's cooking... keep your eyes peeled in March to see them installed live and in person.

Until then, we're still OPEN, and would love to see you in our dining room, or our drive through soon! 🍜

Thank you, Bremerton. 💛

⭐ Thank you, Kitsap, for making us your favorite go-to destination for home cooked teriyaki, pho, and banh mi sandwiches for the last 30 (!!) years. ⭐

As we applaud our founder, Chung Nguyen's, move towards retirement, we're proud to announce the passing of the baton of Chung's Express to new ownership as of January 15, 2024.

Chung's Teriyaki Silverdale is now the sole location under our ownership and direction.

Please join us in celebrating the next generation of entrepreneurship carried on by the restaurants that we proudly began.

THANK YOU for your love and loyalty. We look forward to continuing to serve you and your family our time tested recipes from our Silverdale location for many years to come. 🍜
