Good morning to all our customers, new and old.

We wanted to share some information with everyone to address some issues we’ve been having regarding our machine, speediness and consistency.

We’ll try to keep it short.

Last summer, our ole reliable espresso machine needed some TLC. We ended up sending it off to give it what it needed and proceeded to buy a new one. After that, we have had many ups and downs regarding the new machine. This has resulted in longer wait times, longer coffee making times, as we never handout “bad” shots. We try to dial it in to make sure every cup is perfect.

Just within this week, our machine was down twice and our grinder quit working. We have felt defeated as we have been taking EVERY measure to assure perfection. But after much help from our espresso friends in the community, many trial and errors, new equipment…. We think we finally have our kinks figured out.

That being said, we want to thank you for your support and patience with us as we will always continue to better your experience and do our best to make sure your experience is quick when need be.

If you’re reading this and wait times have been longer than you’ve liked, please give us another shot to make it right!
