Owner and Chef, Michael Halouvas,, born and raised in Sydney, Australia to Greek/Cypriot parents, grew up watching his Mum cook traditional Mediterranean food all of his life. This year Gyros Delish celebrates it’s 3rd year of serving delectable dishes such as Lamb, Chicken or Pork gyros, marinated with his special mix of spices and a homemade Baklava that will leave you licking your fingers and wishing you had more! How can you resist melted Haloumi Cheese with a splash of fresh mint, fries with feta cheese or a mouth watering Spanikopita (Spinach and Cheese Pie)? After a fantastic day on the slopes stop by at the Base of Peak 9 and take home dinner for the family or enjoy a creamy Grecian hot chocolate or special mix of herbal teas.
