On February 24, we will proudly celebrate the induction of Chef Christopher Hunsicker into Les Disciples Escoffier, during the official opening of the Colorado Chapter.

This historic moment will take place in the presence of Sébastien Giannini, President of Les Disciples Escoffier USA, marking a significant step in the expansion of our organization and its mission of tradition, excellence, and transmission.

On this same occasion, we are honored to officially name Yvan Heraud as the 1st Delegate of Les Disciples Escoffier Colorado, entrusted with leading and developing the chapter with passion, integrity, and commitment to Escoffier values.

👏 Congratulations to Chef Christopher Hunsicker on this well-deserved induction, and warm congratulations to Chef Yvan Heraud on his appointment as First Delegate of Colorado.
Together, they embody the spirit of excellence, leadership, and transmission that defines Les Disciples Escoffier.
