Our Esoterraculinarygarden harvest dinner is one week away, and we’d love for you to be there with us 🍁

Next Wednesday, October 21, Farmer Mark DeRespinis joins us in the kitchen for an autumn five-course tasting menu celebrating the bounty of his Boulder-based farm, just over the hills from us 🥕 Esoterra grows most of our produce year-round, and Mark will be sharing the stories behind the vegetables, herbs, and flowers that travel from his garden to your plate.

Using no-till practices and harvesting every crop by hand, Mark and his team grow more than 300 species of edible leaves, shoots, roots, and fruits on just a few acres of land 🎃

The evening also features some of the local producers we’re proud to support, including Fitch Ranch, Haykin Family C***r, A.D. Law Wh***ey, Aquila Cellars, and The Ordinary Fellow 🍷

Supporting Colorado's farmers and purveyors is at the heart of everything we do, and celebrating the people who grow, raise, and make what we serve matters as much to us as the food itself ♥️

On Wednesday, October 21, join us for a special five-course tasting menu showcasing the extraordinary harvest of Esoterraculinarygarden in Boulder 🌱 Farmer Mark DeRespinis will be in the dining room to share the stories behind the vegetables, herbs, and flowers that travel from his garden to our kitchen.

Esoterra supplies the majority of our produce throughout the year, and what they grow shapes our menus season to season, so we feel incredibly lucky to call them partners. Using no-till practices and harvesting every crop by hand, Mark and his team grow more than 300 species of edible leaves, shoots, roots, and fruits on just a few acres of Boulder Valley land 🍅

We are honored to have Rootstalk and Radicato // Radicato both recognized as Recommended Restaurants in the 2026 Colorado MICHELIN Guide (official), and bursting with pride that our own Chef Cameron Baker // cam.j.baker is this year's Young Chef Award recipient.

Big congratulations to our fellow Colorado Recommended restaurants, to the Stars, and to the Bib Gourmands! 💫

From the beginning, the idea was simple. Bring new, elevated ways of dining to Breckenridge, be a real part of our local food community, cook with what Colorado farmers and purveyors are growing each season, and send every guest home, whether that's a few blocks or a few states away, with an experience they'll think back on fondly.

Seeing that recognized means a great deal, as does representing our town in a guide full of friends and chefs we admire and learn from.

To our team, this is yours. The care you bring to every service is the whole reason we're here.

To Breckenridge, thank you for backing us since Day One.
