Golden beets are having a moment, and so is fall.

Our Gold Beet Salad brings together frisee in a sherry vinaigrette, crispy guanciale, pine nuts and herb whipped goat cheese, all resting on a golden beet puree with roasted beet cubes on top. It's a seasonal favorite, which means it won't stick around all year. Come get it while fall's still here.
