❤️ A MESSAGE TO OUR CRAZY BOUT CRAWFISH FAMILY ❤️
After a lot of thought, prayer, and careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily close Crazy Bout Crawfish for the next three months during the off-season.
This was not an easy decision for us.
For years, we have made it a priority to keep our doors open even when boiled crawfish were no longer available. We wanted our customers to still have a place to enjoy our other delicious menu items, and just as importantly, we wanted our employees to continue working and providing for their families.
But as we all know, things have changed. With the slower off-season combined with the continued rise in operating costs and the current economy, keeping the restaurant open during these slower months is a decision we simply cannot continue to avoid.
Our hope and plan moving forward is to focus our restaurant operations around the peak crawfish season — approximately January through June. However, as a small business, we also have to reevaluate things as those months get closer and make the decisions that are best for our customers, our employees, our families, and the future of Crazy Bout Crawfish.
As many of you know, most crawfish establishments close during the months when crawfish are out of season, and we believe taking this time to reset and prepare will allow us to come back stronger and ready to serve you when the next season arrives. 🦞❤️
During these next few months, we will also be taking some much-needed time to pour into God, our families, and our health — the things we believe should always come before business. 🙏❤️
To every customer who has supported us, shared our posts, brought your family through our doors, recommended us to a friend, bought a sack of crawfish, ordered a plate, or simply encouraged us along the way:

Crazy Bout Crawfish is more than a restaurant to us. It is our family, our employees, our customers, and our community. We are incredibly grateful for every person who has been a part of this journey.
