I have played it over and over again in my head what today would feel like and how it would finally be over and I would be stress free and our family could move on from all of this. But truth be told it’s just as hard as the day we made the difficult decision to close it. For me going to the places my dad had so much passion about somehow walking through those doors made me feel like he was still here with us and for me this is letting go the last piece we have left of him. The shame, guilt, defeat I have felt having to make the decision to close and sell the place weighed heavy on my heart every day since the day we closed because I knew how much he loved this place. I prayed everyday someone would come along and would love the history and rich culture this place brought to our community and would continue to carry the same vision as my dad with the love of Family, Community, Cajun food, Cajun Music our Cajun heritage. After much prayer, patience, tears, fall throughs, persistence and the best Realtor Brandi McKnight our prayers have been answered. I have no doubt Frank Randol and Jimmy Lagrange will keep this vision and tradition going for our community and for my dad. Today makes it official, Randol’s is coming to Breaux Bridge soon and I cannot wait to see this place come alive again. 🎵🦞♥️
