Hopefully this is not "Good-bye", but rather "See you later!"

This week marks our Final Days at the current Kate's Brazoria location. We ARE actively looking for other opportunities in a more visible location.

The rent already went up almost 10% and they were going to go up 30%, when the truth of the matter is we would have needed a reduction in rent to stay at this location. There were days when our Payroll Numbers alone far exceeded our sales. It's just not feasible for us to remain open in the current spot.

I will post when I have more details about a potential new location, but I do want to set your expectations appropriately: We will get Kate's on 17th open first and then turn our focus to Kate's on Milam, but hope to secure a property that we will OWN and can control the overhead expenses.

Please remember, Brazoria is my hometown. I grew up here - and I will always love the town and really want to have a presence here in some way

Hello! My staff just alerted me about a family emergency. I'm trying to figure out some staffing for today, but as it stands Kate's Brazoria will be closed today.

I apologize about the late notice and any inconvenience. If I'm able to open so you can get your fix today, I will post ASAP.
