The e-mail for this week's Throwback Thursday is now written and scheduled to go out. You have time to sign up for our e-mail because although I will post the video on Facebook on Thursday, I ended up sharing a lot more of the "behind the scenes" in the writing than in the video. I don't think our story is unique when it comes to a small independent restaurant, but I do think it's something that will help people understand what your typical small "Mom and Pop" restaurant experiences as they embark on the hospitality business. Always planning, thinking ahead, and being transparent, Honeysuckle Hill Bee-stro owners Andy & Jodi announce they will be closing for dine-in at the end of 2026. The couple will focus on catering, The Cottage, and other creative endeavors. This video tells their "why" after 10 seasons they are making the change.
