Dear Friends,
Some sad (and happy) news:
Amy’s Café and Bakery will be closing on May 30th, 2026. This is sad because we will miss you all. Thank you so much. Truly. Because this place has never just been a business. It‘s been a little community we built together. Over the years we’ve shared conversations, laughter, challenges and small everyday moments that turned customers into friends and family.
Closing our doors is bittersweet but I wanted to say that what we created here will never disappear. I am leaving with so much gratitude for all the regulars and everyone who supported us, and helped this place become what it was. So, I thank you all for showing up, for trusting us, and letting us be a part of your lives.
It has been a pleasure to serve you.
As bittersweet as it is to say goodbye, I know it’s time for me to embark upon my next chapter and have the adventures that life’s been calling me toward.
Because this chapter deserves a proper send-off, we are going to have a closing party! The details of this will be announced.
A quick note about the space itself: The kitchen and Café equipment were fully renovated in 2022, so everything is in excellent condition. All equipment is available for purchase as are other aspects of the business, and the Café space itself is open for rent. This is a great opportunity for a chef or foodie entrepreneur to start their dream project.
