Ever wonder what it’s like to be on the other side of the counter?!

No longer! We’re launching the **YALLA POINT OF VIEW** series—your behind-the-scenes pass into the kitchen, the pita process, the falafel flow, and what it looks like to serve you from a different angled view.

In today’s POV, we share the making of the **HALF YALLA SABABA**.

But calling it a “half” is misleading because you get all the accoutrements—even the egg! Instead of the full 5 falafel balls, we give you 3 in ~75% of a pita. In Yalla’s math that’s a full experience tailored just to your appetite size.

Bypass attempting to split a whole, which will only lead to hot falafel mess, and try our HALF SABABA, smaller in name only.
