It’s been 3 months and we knew our first post would be the hardest.
We miss Eddie as much as you do. It was way too soon.
How do we even begin to say how much we appreciate being chosen to carry on Fast Eddie’s legacy? He built more than a restaurant — he created a place that was affordable, welcoming, and truly like family.
Over the past three months, we’ve loved meeting so many of you — the loyal regulars and the new faces who already say they’ll be back. Your support has meant everything.
A special thank you to Sue, Richard, Andrew, and the entire Cogliano family, as well as Noriyeh and Cody. Your continued guidance and kindness have been amazing. It’s clear why Eddie had such a passion for this place.
We now share that passion — and we’re honored to carry it on.

To all of our Fast Eddie’s friends and family that we have served for almost 2 decades, we are saddened to inform you that Eddie, a.k.a. Fast Eddie, has peacefully passed away surrounded by his family. He loved you all and enjoyed the many conversations he had with so many of you in his final days. He was able to pass Fast Eddie’s on to its new owners, which made him happy and confident that his legacy will continue. We thank you all for the kind words, patronage, and friendships. May he rest in peace.

Spend your summer scooping up some of the best regional ice cream and learning to make our endless varieties of frappes.
We're always accepting applications for all positions (year-round, seasonal, full time, and part time). Whether you’re looking for your first job, or to develop customer service skills, Fast Eddie’s has positions for all experience levels and ages (16 and older). Seasonal and year-round opportunities are available. Must be available weekends and holidays through October 15th. Competitive hourly wage and food allowance as well as employee incentives.
