Good morning 🌞
I was looking forward to returning to work 🥺
But the high dose of steroids and a cocktail of asthma meds I’m currently taking has me not sleeping so well and really jittery 😬
So I stayed home today and Ronan made us some brunch ❤️
I’m looking forward to tapering off the high dose meds over the next 4 days to get me feeling a lil more like myself 🙏🏽

I’m home ❤️
I can’t thank the Drs and nurses and entire staff at CHRISTUS in Sulphur springs for having so much compassion and dedication to their patients 👏👏👏
They gave me a clean bill of health well except my pesky asthma that has been out of control for sometime 😩
My heart is good no fluid no pulmonary hypertension. God is soo good I was so anxious and worried about my health because honestly I just don’t stop going .
But this is a reminder not only to me but everyone. Prioritize your health physically and mentally, you matter and you cannot pour into others from a half empty broken cup .

Love you all and thank you for all the prayers 🙏🏽 kind comments and messages and calls

My lord I’m so blessed to be here receiving wonderful care from the Skilled Nurses & Doctors along with Patient services who really complimen the level of care at CHRISTUS Hospital 💪🏽 they go above and beyond with compassion and commitment to caring for those who really need uplifting 🙏🏽 at a vulnerable moment in time ❤️

My asthma has been out of control the past few weeks and this morning I couldn’t catch my breath and it was kinda scary. So I went to urgent care and they transferred me to the ER turns out I have some fluid on my heart and some pressure issues so they have me on some meds to help drain it off and I will be staying overnight ❤️
