Many of you who have visited Rocco’s know Sarah. To us, she is so much more than an employee—she is family. She is an incredible mom, teacher, friend, and someone who is always willing to show up for the people she loves.

Right now, Sarah and her family are facing something no family is ever prepared for. Her 21-year-old son was recently in a serious motorcycle accident that resulted in the loss of his leg, multiple breaks in one arm, and a long road of healing and adjustment ahead.

We’ve created a GoFundMe to help take some of the financial weight off their shoulders as they navigate medical expenses, accessibility needs, time away from work, and all of the unexpected costs that come with a life-changing accident.

We enjoyed our vacation and are ready to get back to work.

We will be open and ready to go on Tuesday, September 1st.

We will be operating with our fall hours:

Hello everyone!

We are announcing that we love making pizza, but next week we will be taking a short break for our family vacation and getting our kiddo back in the school routine.

Starting tomorrow, August 22nd, we will be taking a break from tossing the dough & making the sauce. 😉

We will see everyone on Tuesday, September 1st!

Being a restaurant owner while navigating a new Alpha-Gal diagnosis has definitely come with its challenges—but one positive is how much it has opened my eyes. ❤️

I’ve learned so much about ingredients, hidden sources of allergens, cross-contact, and just how difficult it can be to feel comfortable eating somewhere when you have food allergies or sensitivities. It’s given me an entirely new level of understanding and appreciation for our customers who navigate these things every day.

Tonight, I did a little experimenting and made myself a calzone using our dairy-free cheese, no garlic butter—and thankfully, our pizza dough is already dairy-free too! 🙌🍕

As I continue navigating this diagnosis, I’ll keep experimenting with ingredients, learning, and finding ways to offer more options whenever we can.

To our fellow food-allergy friends: we see you, we understand you a little better now, and we want you to feel comfortable asking us questions about what goes into your food. ❤️

Who knows… maybe my Alpha-Gal journey will lead to some new menu ideas along the way. 😉

With back to school right around the corner, things have slowed down a bit.

We will be starting our fall hours today August 11th.

Tuesday-Thursday 4-8 p.m. (dining room closing at 7:30)

Friday & Saturday 4-10 (dining room closing at 9:30)

We will be closed for our kiddos back to school week which will be Tuesday, August 25th-29th to have a quick reset after a busy summer.

Unfortunately we have had staffing issues in the middle of the shift today and will be closed for the remainder of the evening.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Our number one focus is always providing the most top notch service and product. When we are unable to be properly staffed we do not feel we can provide the service our customers deserve.

We will be closed tomorrow as planned for a family event.

We will see everyone on Tuesday July 28th and appreciate every single one of you!
