Just being honest for a second.
Owning a small business isn’t easy. Starting one at 19 & 21 with your husband in the town you grew up in is scary, humbling, and exhausting at times. Okay, all the time lol.. We started with no real clue what we were doing, just a dream and a lot of heart. There have been moments of doubt, stress, and wondering if we were doing enough or doing it right.
But then there’s Branson.
The people who walked in when we were brand new. The ones who came back. The ones who showed love when things were tough and celebrated with us when things went right. This town watched us grow up, watched us take risks, gave us grace when we messed up, and support when we needed it most. That’s the only reason we’re still here and even growing.
Seeing kids light up when they walk through our doors never gets old. The smiles, the excitement, the pure joy… that’s the part that reminds us why we do this on the hard days.
Getting to talk with future entrepreneurs through programs such as Go Caps has been humbling. Seeing kids with big ideas reminds us why chasing a dream is worth it. To the kids with dreams: don’t wait. Start messy. Learn as you go. And to the parents if your kid has a dream, let them chase it. Even if it scares you. Especially if it scares you.
With our little girl due any day now, gratitude feels heavier in the best way. We’re beyond thankful to be raising our family, building our lives, and chasing our dreams right here in Branson.
No agenda. Just love. Thank you 🤍
