There's nothing more potent than fresh picked food (when sourced appropriately, free of chemicals and grown in healthy soil).
Raw fruits, veggies, and herbs are packed full of healing vitamins and minerals, polyphenols, phytonutrients, anti inflammatories, antioxidants, and diuretics to keep our bodies clean and vibrant.
Don't let the world fool you into thinking only a doctor can give you answers.
Most of the time, you can find what you need in nature's nectar... Our Creator made sure of it.
Spring is a time to renew and refresh, to eat what's growing around you and let your body lighten its load of toxins it's been storing... Dandelion, herbs like nettles, berries, sprouts/ micro greens, leafy greens, think bitter and sour with a touch of sweet.
