Hi everyone! Many have been wondering when will we ever open back up.

We have decided as a family that it was financially smart to close Ole Eatery. But we are keeping the food truck and plan to join Farmers Markets, private events, and food truck conventions in the future.

We are so grateful for all of the support. We are proud that we closed strong with high social media ratings. We know that we served good food and great experience with many customers who will attest to that and that means a lot to us!

We are also excited about the new restaurant that will be replacing Ole Eatery. It will be a completely different concept. So, watch out for that!

And if you loved Ole’s attention to serving fresh, quality food that’s cooked-to-order, make sure to visit our other restaurant, Botanas Premier Mexican.

Happy One Year Old to our signature paella, Ozark Rustic Rice! Our “baby” has grown and developed this year 😁

We will be open today from 11:30-7pm and tomorrow from 11:30-8pm. And then we will be closed till the end of January.

Happy 2nd Year Anniversary!!!

It’s been quite a journey. Chef David had a vision of bringing Spanish Cuisine to Branson. After months of construction work to build a kitchen designed to accommodate large paella pans and fixing the rest of the restaurant, Olé Eatery had a humble opening in December of 2020, with a dining capacity for less than 30 people.

We continued to improve flavors and plating dishes as our menu grew. We listened to customers and improved our business.

A year later, we had the exciting addition of our large dining. Eventually, we were able to open a full bar with specialty coffees. Had local artists custom build our beautiful bar counter and our amazing murals.

We’ve had different professional chefs with us and other wonderful workers. We are grateful to every single one of them. They didn’t just work for us, they helped us grow.

Our customers have also grown and we are grateful for the opportunity to serve you and share our passion for excellent culinary cuisine with you.

We would like to close the 2022 year strong! Please help us grow our family business and leave a good review on our Google and page ♥️
