As a child, these were a delicacy in my house.

A white box from a pastry shop in Brooklyn, New York was “IT” man..

There was coffee, cake , and pastries..

Generations that are no longer here would sit out on the stoop in New York and share with neighbors and shoot the breeze and catch up..

There is something missing in the world today.

These pastries to me are a reminder of that.

This is my Heritage.
This is my Passion.
