Brand new batch of hop seltzer available now. This batch is hopped with Idaho 7 and a touch of Citra. Tasting notes include orange tic-tacs, orange zest, and that lovely dry and crisp finish. Zero alcohol. Makes a great shandy with our session IPA.

🚨 Czech Pilsner 🚨
We are excited to have one of our very favorite beers to make and drink back on the menu. This Pils is 5% ABV and hopped with 100% Czech Saaz hops. It’s super refreshing, crisp, flavorful, and easy drinking. We get nice crackery biscuity malt character along with a delicious herbal, slightly floral character from the noble hops. People always ask what our favorite beer is that we make and, if we had to choose only one to drink, this might be the one.

🚨 New Beer! 🚨
Eastern Pondhawk Session IPA -4%ABV. Hopped with a blend of Krush and McKenzie, this one is dry and refreshing but full of bright, clean hop character. Notes of light tropical fruit along with some melon and zesty citrus and a nice herbal hop character at the end. On tap and in cans now!

🚨Fresh Beers!🚨

1.) Song Sparrow IPA - 6.4% Hopped with Citra, Vic Secret, and Simcoe, this one is loaded with juicy tropical fruit (passionfruit, pineapple) and zesty orange character. Tasty!

2.) Patersbier - 4.8% This one is single hopped with a Polish hop called Lubelski. It’s known for its lime character and we love how it works in this beer. It’s super refreshing and totally different from all our other beers thanks to the Belgian yeast strain we fermented it with. Tons of flavor in a low ABV refreshing beer. We get lots of that lime character along with a nice peppery note. Come give it a try!

These will both be on tap at our beer garden TOMORROW for Brandon’s Independence Day celebration!

What. A. Week. Our first week in the new space was pure magic—thank you for all the love! Week 2 is stacked, so grab your crew and let’s keep the party rolling.

• Thursday: Normal hours + Open Mic at 6pm. Bring your voice, your jokes, your poetry—let’s vibe.
• Friday, July 3 (Parade Day in Brandon!): Special Beer Garden 12–7.
- 1–3pm: Cedar Music with original Jazz Funk grooves.
- 4:30pm: Electric Bear bringing rich roots + alt rock originals. Do. Not. Miss. This.
- Streets filled with food trucks—come hungry!
- Pack tents, chairs, blankets, sunscreen, snacks, and water. We’ve got the beer.

• Saturday, July 4: Taproom open 12–5.
• Sunday: Normal hours 12–5.

So many chances to check out the new space—come celebrate with us, sip something delicious, and make some summer memories. 🎉🍻

Our 6.5% all Mosaic IPA is back on tap and in cans just in time for the opening of our new location at 2 West Seminary St. in Brandon.
