We have to share some disappointing news.
Trust us when we say we explored every possible option to make this year’s B**r Garden happen. Unfortunately, between the Norfolk County Sheriff’s Department no longer hosting events on their campus and canceling their own Sheriff’s Camp, we have simply run out of options.
As a last-ditch effort, we reached out to the Braintree Historical Society back in April, since we’ve successfully held the B**r Garden there in previous years. The proposal was discussed at their May board meeting, but we have yet to even receive a response.
This would have been our 8th year, and it’s an event we look forward to just as much as all of you do. We’re incredibly grateful to have been part of Braintree’s fall tradition for the past seven years, as well as a venue for Town sports teams to hold annual fundraisers and we’re heartbroken that we won’t be able to continue it this season.
Thank you for your support, your excitement, and for making the B**r Garden such a special event year after year.
This isn’t goodbye—it’s just “see you later.”
Be sure to stay tuned for pop-up events throughout the year. We can’t wait to see you soon.
