As members of Braintree and the East Braintree Little League community, we are deeply saddened to hear about the serious accident involving Jez. Our hearts are with him, his family, friends, and everyone who cares for him. We encourage our community to rally around the family, offer support where possible, and continue to lift them up during the days ahead. During difficult times like these, the strength of a community is found in the way we come together to support one another. Here is an opportunity to do so this coming Wednesday as well as a link to offer financial support for the family.
Join us this Wednesday at 6:30 PM at East Middle School for a community gathering with Town & School officials and faith leaders to show support for an East Braintree Little Leaguer and his family, who need all our love right now. Whether you’re looking for a shoulder to lean on, want to make a card, or just want to support those in our Town – please come by.
To make it easier for families to attend, free childcare will be available. We will also have community resources on hand through Riverside Community Care for anyone needing extra support or assistance during this time. We are strongest together, let’s rally for #7 in true Braintree fashion.
