I know this isn't my personal page, but I feel this with my bakery, plus full time job, plus family, plus books and fun time. And I need to find time to do nothing. Because doing nothing is more important than people give credit for.

And on that note, shout out to my best friend's daughter for coming over and helping me make 24 pies after work today for Cuyuna Range Farmers Market. Now I just need time for them to cool and find time to package them. 😅

Good morning!

This week, I was sick and didn't get my starter mass fed in order to do sourdough. Instead, I will have pies, crumbles, cobbler, and maybe muffins if time allows thus evening.

Pies are bigger than last week so pricing is a bit different.

$20 for 9" pie

Let me know what your favorite flavor is and if you'd like me to hold one for you and I'd be happy to stick your name on it for pickup tomorrow.

Happy friday! We sold out of everything but sourdough today so I've got my tent up in the shade. Come stop by, grab what you want, pay what you can. On the corner of 4th and G in NE brainerd.

It was a great day for pie and buns, but not for sourdough at the market.

It is 2am. I am finally done packaging and labeling everything for tomorrow/today's Cuyuna Range Farmers Market.

Not pictured is the sourdough bread and Caramel snickers brownie pie.

I also have a few cake cups made from this weeks cake orders.

Stop in between 9am-1pm in Crosby or on the corner of 4th & G st in NE Brainerd to grab any leftovers. I'll have my canopy up, but I will not be at the booth after 2pm; so Venmo, Cash, and honor only in Brainerd.

A GIANT THANK YOU to Brainerd Lakes Cakes for being willing to deliver a wedding cake for me, allowing me to help make a brides day special, even though I'm out of town for a handbell symposium and had originally closed orders for the week.

And happy birthday to my best friend's daughter, and I'm thankful they were willing to show up and grab it from my fridge while I was out of town. ❤
