The Wednesday Word! ✝️

What are we seeking? Status, a certain bank balance, a number on the scale or acceptance from those around us? I lived this way for decades and fit God in where I could. But as Christians, we are called to flip this on its head.

What does it mean to be righteous? Certainly not thinking better of ourselves than others! It is living in lockstep with God and His purposes. It’s prioritizing our relationship with Him first and letting everything else flow from that. Please don’t just fit God into your day; structure your day around time with Him! Ask Him to show you what He is up to and what part He wants you to have in it.

We are tempted by so many distractions in life. How are you protecting what is to be kept first in yours? 🩷
