Well it's been an awesome week so far with the new menu. Wow people have really missed our signature pizzas. Feedback is "this is the best pizza I have ever had". Must say I agree.

Hello Friends, have you tried our pizza? I was surprised that many of you haven't tried our pizza. I'm not looking to start a pizza war but ours is darn good. We have our dough made for us in NEW JERSEY....WHAT....it's true we get it from Hackensack, NJ. What can I say...it's the water. We cook around 800 degrees and make our version of a Neapolitan style pie. Stop by and give it a try.

This Thursday Is the CHAMPAGNE CHICKEN SPECIAL, a real treat. Pictured below is the Champagne Chicken and a Carnivore pizza.

Hello Friends the weekend is upon us and it's time to make dinner plans. We will be serving our weekend special of our Veal Osso Buco. We did run out Sunday night so Richard will be making extra this weekend.

Hello Friends, wow what an exciting week it was. The new menu rocked! The weekend Osso Buco special sold out. Sorry if you missed it but it will be the special every weekend. Tuesday is CHICKEN TOSCA DAY. Fresh breasts sauteed in roasted garlic oil and dredged in Romano cheese flour with mushrooms and fresh angel hair with a lemon cream sauce.

Hello Friends, our first weekend with the new menu has been great. The new items are a winner. So far the #1 new item has been the Spaghetti + Clams, give it a try and see what all the fuss is about.

All weekend we have the Osso Buco as the special. it's the most expensive dish we have but it's the real thing. Unlike some restaurants we only use the veal shank for this dish and you can tell the difference in every bite.

Hello friends, we are excited to announce our new menu that will start Tuesday September 12th. We will have 8 new entrees and 2 new Starters. This email will focus on the 2 Starters, Clams Positano and Wheat + Water's Bruschetta.

Our clams are a pound of Cedar Key littlenecks in white wine - pancetta - garlic - onion and celery with grilled sourdough.........ummmmm good!

The bruschetta is grilled sourdough - caramelized onions - prosciutto - mascarpone cheese - baby arugula and honey with a balsamic glaze.
