Thanks for being open today! Rhys said "Thank you" and very much enjoyed his Easter dinner. We look forward to being able to coming back in when this mess is over and letting Rhys distract your staff (likely with his new little brother). Happy Easter to you all and be safe.
I was horrified they were airing FOX news on 1 of their tvs.
Hi
We just left your restaurant..I took my man there for Father's day
I wanted to give a huge shout out to Trey...she seated us,she took our order, she brought our food and bussed our table
She was running around like crazy, working by herself w a smile and a great attitude
She was bartender, waitress, hostess and bus person..she did the job of 4 people and did it very well
I think she should be paid extra or given some appreciation from the powers that be
She was solely responsible for keeping the restaurant running smoothly in the area in which we were seated
You go girl...great job 😀😀😀
UPDATE YOUR PAGE/SPECIALS
So, there were about 20 of us seniors who went to this place for supper. We had a nice private room (thanks Ray) and a pleasant server - Sarah. Food was generally OK - not more - but most of us had the one of the 2 for $20 specials, so expectations were not super high. Then came the bills, and the difficulties started. We're all so old that we were actually taught how to add, subtract and multiply, without the need for a calculator. Look at the bill below, and you will see what got our backs up. We could quible about the 20% tip being added - most places are, we think, still at 18%. But 20% of $30.98 was $6.19 when I went to school - not the $7.77 shown here. And, getting past that, $30.98 plus $7.77 used to add up to $38.75, not the $40.92. Most everyone in the room had similar situations. So, we asked Sarah to explain this new math and she couldn't. She went away and came back to say that the manager said it was just the way the computer worked. We asked to speak to that manager, but he sent another deputy who was no more informative. So, being basically nice people, we all paid up and left, unhappily. That's 20 lost customers, O'Brady. And I encourage anyone who reads this to govern themselves accordingly.
MAJOR THANK YOU to the folks who run this place! Opening up their doors after the storm to feed hundreds of hungry mouths looking for a warm meal...Pure class.
I can't imagine the strings you had to pull and the stress you had to encounter to service the community. You have a customer for life now!
