Hello everyone!

I just heard from one of my fellow vendors at the BALDWINSVILLE Farmer’s Market that customers are asking about me and my bread.

In case you weren’t aware, I made the move to sunny south Florida at the beginning of Spring.

You can find me on Anna Maria Island most of the time!

I will be back in New York to bartend the fair, but I probably will be unable to bake at that time. I work all 13 days of the fair, most of them open to close.

Brown butter chocolate chip sea salt cookies and Chocolate discard cupcakes with cream cheese frosting.

Simple treats for a sweet new coworker’s baby shower today.

They’re not fancy, but they’re tasty and made with love.

The pan which Breadsmith of Bradenton lent me worked perfectly!
