Wooooow these Teezungen are getting some love here in Cortez and fly off the shelves quick.

Just made another large batch of this delicious German pastry.

Puff pastry baked golden brown with caramelized sugar. Layer of our in house diplomat cream and dipped in a dark callebaut Belgium chocolate that snaps with each bite.

We are here until 4:00 pm.

We pride ourselves by not using preservatives and it is made in house The BakeHaus way! That is the only way how we do business and provide our customers with the best and cleanest product that is possible for us to do.

We’ve made our so popular Zwetschgendatschi (bavarian plum tart). This time of the year is definitely plum season in Europe and you see those pop up at every bakery there.

Brioche bottom layer with tart Italian plums layered and streusel on top.

A dollop of whip cream or ice cream goes really well with this.
