Two years ago today, we opened our doors. 🎉

The road here was a little wild. We spent two months fixing the place up, and then Hurricane Helene hit just days before our planned opening. Tables, plates, glassware, etc. were all stuck in delivery limbo. We even considered opening with paper cups and plates, but we held out, and on 10/1/24 we opened!

Eight days later, Hurricane Milton came through. We had $30,000 of food in the freezer, a generator that couldn't handle it, and the power came back on just hours before we would have lost everything. 😅
