This Mediterranean favorite was inspired by the EVP Eleni Sokos's family’s roots and the recipes behind our sister restaurant, Café on St. Armands.

Introducing the O.G. Greek Salad from our Olives to Oysters limited-time menu, a dish inspired by family, tradition, and the flavors that connect all of us through the sea. Created in collaboration with our sister restaurant Café on St. Armands and shaped by Executive Vice President Eleni Sokos’ family traditions at Demetrios' Pizza House and Kefi Streetside Cafe, this salad celebrates our shared story.

The O.G. Greek Salad with blackened chicken brings together crisp romaine, tomato, cucumber, red onion, kalamata olives, and feta, all tossed in the beloved 1976 dressing from Demetrios’. Fresh, vibrant, and full of flavor!

We always knew this magic couldn’t last forever 🧿

✨ Kefi fam, we have some bittersweet news to share.
The clock has run out on the impermanence of our sweet little space, and it’s time for us to pause operations for a short while. Kefi’s last day of operation in our current space is Saturday, May 25th!

✨On the bright side, our brand has been acquired by Oysters Rock Hospitality, whose team of restaurant development professionals is already at work designing our next space, which we promise will not be very far from our current address. We plan to be back open to serve you this fall.

It’s hard for us to not be saddened by this news. In so many ways, Kefi has been a triumph for our tiny team of five. We are so proud of what we have accomplished together, thanks to the talent and passion of dedicated employees who have become family, and the support of friends and fans like you. Words cannot fully express our gratitude for the way our cafe was embraced.

From inside our window we’ve seen it all: your babies growing up inside our fence, your dogs’ joyful reaction to the endless supply of puppy bacon, your relationships blossom over coffee dates, and business grow thanks to lunch meetings you hosted here…….There will never be anything quite like Kefi 1.0.

✨The 2.0 version will be different, but we hope to create another special place that you can fall in love with, all over again.

✨For now, come see us during usual hours up until May 25. Again, we want to express our endless gratitude for your support and patronage over the last 2 1/2 years. We will never forget this era 🩵 but eagerly await the next one.🧿
