Four of us went for dinner before a Christmas Concert, expecting the usual lovely experience...Far from it! Only 3 out of our 4 orders arrived so we patiently waited for either the 4th order or an explanation for the delay. Respectfully waiting ,our food was getting cold. When we were able to get the attention of our waitress, she was surprised that one of us did not receive their order and went to the kitchen. Our friend insisted that we continue to eat while she waited and waited, our food was cold and tasteless. Finally when the manager "Jen" brought our friend her meal she stated, "They burned your shrimp so they had to make another plate and we did't think you would want burned food"! So very smarmy and condescending ! Jen obviously did not care about our experience...So basically, 3 of us had cold ,tastless meals and our friend had her dinner alone. We mentioned our dissatisfaction to our waitress and asked her to relay our feelings to Jen, the manager, in particular our feelings about her patronizing comment. We were offered "free" desserts, which none of us wanted. The waitress apologized but "Jen" never came back. Clearly she did not care one bit about our experience, we were not interested in free desserts, we just wanted to share a good meal together with food friends! It was made clear by this experience that your establishment does not value accountablity or good customer service !
"Our wedding theme was soft romance. Our venue had a Spanish courtyard that was beautiful. The string lights at night also made it very romantic. Our color was dusty blue. I’ve always imagined my bridesmaids having blue dresses! We incorporated a mix of silver and gold metals into the wedding, along with the greenery and white flowers to go with our color." -The Bride

The 24th Annual Manatee River Holiday Boat Parade will kick off this year's holiday season on Saturday, December 10, 2022.
A fleet of decked-out vessels will tour up the river competing for cash prizes and the winning title. Boaters will be critiqued on their overall theme creativity, lights, music, crowd reaction, and enthusiasm with cash prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners of over 40' and under 40' categories.
Enter your boat by November 18 for the chance to win a $250 fuel card raffled at the awards party!
Participants receive exclusive perks including tickets to their awards party, complimentary captain's bags, free merchandise, gift cards, and a chance to win cash and raffle prizes!
