Our Old World Carbonara brings authentic Roman flavor with guanciale, aged parmesan, black pepper & egg yolk, while the Dadolata di Pesce pairs fresh-caught fish with zucchini, heirloom tomatoes, saffron & green olives over pappardelle in a white w**e sauce.
