Today, we remember and celebrate the life of someone who meant so much to all of us at Cassariano.

For nearly 20 years, Ivan was an irreplaceable part of the Cassariano family. He was one of those familiar faces everyone looked forward to seeing — someone whose energy, warmth and love for life were truly contagious.

Ivan was more than a member of our team. He became the heart of Cassariano, and his presence is forever embedded in who we are. The memories, laughter and moments we shared with him over the years will stay with us always.

Although we had to say goodbye far too soon, his legacy will live on through the countless lives he touched and the lasting impact he made on our family, our guests and our restaurant.

We will miss him deeply, remember him fondly and honor him always.

Forever loved. Forever remembered. Forever part of the Cassariano family. 🤍
