Sometimes the simplest meals are the ones that stay with you.

I made chicken cutlets for my family last night, and with one bite I was reminded of being a kid. It's funny how something as simple as crispy, golden chicken can bring back so many memories around the dinner table.

We had such a great time serving up fresh, warm churros during carnival night for an incredible group of middle schoolers. There was nothing better than seeing everyone enjoying sweet treats, laughter, and an unforgettable evening together.
