It has been an excruciating and difficult time for so many in our community and beyond. We have been assisting Pet Parent families who have been devastated by hurricane Helene through our Pet Food Pantry. WE NEED YOUR HELP! We are getting low on dry and wet dog and cat food for our pet food pantry. All brands of unopened food are accepted. The Pet Food Pantry is a service of the Humane Society and is for our community pet parents who have fallen on hard times. Rather than relinquishing the pets that they love, we are able to provide this temporary service and it is made possible through the generous contributions of local community members and businesses. This helps Manatee County residents who are unable to feed their owned pets, HSMC will assist by providing temporary pet food assistance.

For those in need, you can learn more about our HSMC Pet Food Pantry here https://www.humanemanatee.org/resources/pet-food-pantry/ You can bring your generous donations to our shelter, located at 2515 14th Street West in Bradenton from Tuesday – Saturday from 10am – 4pm.
