We’re proud to share that our partnership with One Stop Housing is taking off! 🦪🏠

Last year, Oysters Rock Hospitality invested in Forest Cove, a workforce affordable housing community near Anna Maria Oyster Bar Landside. When it is completed in 2028, 12 brand new apartments will be reserved exclusively for Oysters Rock team members.

In the meantime, our employees have access to special rental rates at The Nest in Bradenton, with apartments starting at $1,170 per month, utilities included, and application fees waived. Team members who lease at The Nest may also have the opportunity to transfer their lease to Forest Cove once it is ready.

We’re proud to invest in solutions that help our people find safe, comfortable and affordable housing close to work.

Congratulations to Brian Zerrenner, our Oyster Rock Star for the Month of May!

Brian shows us time and time again what it means to be a true Rock Star. He goes out of his way to make every guest feel welcomed, remembered, and part of the AMOB family. From knowing guests by name to remembering their favorite food and drink orders, Brian creates the kind of personal experience that keeps people coming back.

His heart, hustle, and honesty have earned the respect of his coworkers and managers alike. Brian is always willing to lend a hand wherever he is needed, whether on the floor, expo, helping his team, training new Oysters, or supporting Dive Into Reading.

As one of our trainers, Brian leads by example and does things the AMOB way, with no shortcuts. The feedback from those he has trained has been incredibly positive, and it is easy to see why. Brian is fair, dependable, welcoming, and always ready to help.
