A little love for the people who feed us ❤️
As summer winds down and fall starts knocking on the door, we just want to say THANK YOU. ❤️
Thank you for another incredible summer at I-Ho’s, and thank you to the local farmers, ranchers, and producers who help us put good food on your table every day.
We know there’s been a lot of conversation lately about where our food comes from, how it’s grown, and how far it travels before reaching our plates. It’s something we think about, too.
That’s one of the reasons we’re so proud of the relationships we’ve built with producers close to home.
🥬 Chance Farm (Bozeman) + Yellowstone Farmstead (Paradise)
Summer may be ending, but the harvest isn’t! More beautiful local produce is still coming our way, including Napa cabbage that will soon find its way into our kitchen and, of course, our Kimchi!
🥚 Straight From the Farm Fresh Eggs (Manhatten)
Fresh eggs from right here in the Gallatin Valley, supporting people in our own community.
🥩 Marbled Meats (Billings)
Our beef doesn’t travel through some mysterious supply chain. Family owned Marble Meats raises their cattle in Montana, processes the beef themselves, and delivers it directly to our door. We know where our beef comes from, and we’re proud to serve it.
Good food starts with good ingredients and good people.
Keeping things local means fresher ingredients, relationships we trust, and more of our food dollars staying right here in Montana.
And most importantly, THANK YOU! Every time you choose I-Ho’s, you’re also helping us support these farmers, ranchers, producers, and Montana families.
Summer may be wrapping up, but there’s a whole lot of deliciousness still coming this fall. 🍂🥬🥩
See you around the table!
