Many of you already know this — and frequently tell me — but for those who don’t, I truly have the best staff around.

Yesterday was a huge milestone for us at Grind. We far surpassed our biggest day ever in almost seven years and even exceeded the goals we had set for ourselves. Not only was it a record-breaking day, but it was also an incredibly smooth one — and considering we served somewhere between 650–700 people, that’s an even bigger accomplishment.

I’m extremely proud of my entire team. From the kitchen, to the servers, bartenders, hosts, bussers, food runners, dishwashers, and everyone behind the scenes — they continue to impress me year after year.

Without hesitation, I can say that if you want great service from friendly, warm, welcoming, and fun people, come to Grind.

Thank you to my entire staff. I’m not even sure “thank you” fully covers how much I appreciate all of you.
