Today was our first day rolling out the trailer and we thought it was going to be a slow and easy roll out and Vacationland Campground showed us some love.. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE who came out and supported us.

Last night we tested out the griddle for hamburgers and tried the season hamburgers and let me just say they were DELICIOUS 🤤 AND HUGE.. I could only eat one ☝️

I can’t wait tomorrow to try the seasoned fries 🍟, tatter tots, cheese sticks and more.. I’m gonna be huge by the end of summer 😳

This weekend has been busy busy and believe me when I say the rain did NOT hold us back..

Friday/ Saturday spent the day (Friday) having the POS SYSTEM INSTALLED AND LEARNING THAT and the rest of the days shopping for the accessories (more) and all the food possible for next weekends event.

Sunday spent the rainy day picking up a cold drink cooler (it’s also getting wrapped) and we put the final touches on the food trailer and completely organized the spare trailer and added electric and closed shelves.

Now taking a much needed break with the family.. @
