Good morning ya'll! Can you believe we are starting our 4th week here at our new location? Things have been crazy, busy, hectic and BUSY!! LOL! We are so blessed and grateful to be here! God has showed up, doing what He does so beautifully and carried us through this change and I can't thank Him enough! He has brought the right people that is doing an amazing job! We are believing for a couple more and I KNOW in His timing they will come! Amen! With this being said said, Cowboys Homestyle Cooking and Catering will be open Sunday morning at 7am. Breakfast will go until 10am and then I will bring on a delicious lunch of

Your choice of two sides and a drink for $15.95. We will also have our salad bar and full menu items as well. We are here today and let's do chicken fried steak for our special today. WHEW! YAAAAA'LLLL! WOW! WOW! WOW! Ya'll have showed up and rocked our world at the new location! We appreciate each of you for the support and we are just asking for a little grace! We only have two cooks and we are doing the very best we can! I know there is a wait when you come in and I promise we are working to get the orders put promptly, but as humans we too fall short! We have no intentions of making anyone mad, it's just ALOT for two people! I pray that experienced help comes soon so that we can accommodate the load we have which is doubled and a half from what we are use to! Yesterday we arrived at work at 3:30am, prepared 225 breakfasts for BISD, them I catered the Wise County Chamber of Commerce luncheon while running the restaurant and we totally rocked it!!! We have received some applications from some qualified cooks and will have one of them on board tomorrow! Please be patient with us and we will hopefully see ya'll back soon! What an incredible blessing we have been given moving to our new location! You folks showed up in record numbers and we still have tomorrow to go! We are so apperceive and thankful for the support! We have decided to keep our regular hours until we can find a good, solid crew! With that being said, Cowboys Homestyle Cooking and Catering is looking for EXPERIENCED cook and wait staff that can handle a FAST PACED, flexible work environment! You must be able to multi task and follow the direction of our seasoned employees that will be training you! You are expected to do the job you are hired to do and jump in and help in other areas where you are needed. You are expected to show up to your shift ON TIME and enjoy your job! Did I mention it's fast paced? We are accepting applications, but only if you are ready to stay once your hired and work as a team! Thank you!

Well ya'll, tomorrow is our first day at our new location and to say we are beyond excited is an understatement!! You wouldn't believe how many people stopped to eat while we were moving in this weekend! We welcome them ALL back, along with our regulars at 6am in the morning! Everything looks so nice and we are ready to serve you! I doubt I'll be able to make a post in the morning, so I will just post our special and I'll make an official post along with the specials tomorrow evening. This week we will be open from 6am-2pm. Next week will start our extended hours.

Cheeseburger basket and a drink will be our special! Oh and we have a salad bar too!!! Please be patient with us as we work out a few new to us changes. We appreciate each of you! What a bitter sweet moment as we leave behind our home of almost 8 years! We hope to see ya'll tomorrow! Thank you for your continued support! Good evening everyone!!! I pray you have had an awesome day! Cowboys Homestyle Cooking and Catering will be closed Saturday, July 25th so that I can fulfill two caterings and start moving to our new location at 2540 E. Highway 114. Good Monday morning everybody! I pray you are well rested, coming out of a blessed weekend!! Well, it's that time again! Back to work we go and no better way to start it off then with breakfast! Cowboys Homestyle Cooking and Catering breakfast that is! I just pulled biscuits outta the gravy and gravy is made, so come join us!
