Aloha Wood Fired Pizza is parting ways with it's flagship Aloha II mobile. This fine work of Arkansas craftsmanship consists of an Alfa 4 Pizze stainless pizza oven, mounted in a 1960's ish?? Dodge pickup bed trailer. Double wall stainless piping, new tires and wheels, and newer hitch and jack stand. Tastefully decorated and designed to turn heads on the highway and absolutely any event you peform at. Demand for the Aloha mobile always exceeded our ability to put it into action...also comes with a 10x10 commercial vendors tent, health dept approved hand wash station, numerous pizza cooking utensiles and supplies , and.....expert advice/support on how to make this a golden oppurtunity...pm us here at Aloha...now taking offers...Aloha!!

Aloha Wood Fired Pizza Co announces it's 4 year run in downtown Bowling Green Mo has come to an end. A new ownership group will soon be moving into the Aloha "shack", and adjoining Fitgerald Building. Debuting soon will be a new,exciting,and much needed food service concept. We ask you give this new endeavor the same support that was given to Aloha. For Aloha, 2024 was successful beyond our wildest expectations. We appreciate all that gave our unique offering a chance,...especially those that consistently stayed with us til the end. A big, heartfelt, special thanks to our good friend and most valuable employee...Becky Carroll, who was with us from day 1.
The Aloha II mobile will still.make a few appearances in 2025, as we begin to phase that part of our operations out as well.
Our wood fired oven,pizza making equipment,and confidential dough recipes, will soon be heading down Hwy 61 to a popular,St Charles Co BBQ destination, that will be adding top notch, made from scratch, wood fired pizzas to their repertoire. We wish them well.
In closing, Donna and I would like say a big "Thank You" for allowing us to leave this endeavor on top. Our goal was always to offer up a quality, unique pizza, while providing the best, most friendly service possible. As time goes on, priorites change in life...ours have reached this point......May God Bless...and...... Aloha Brother!

On our final weekend, we present our "special of the weekend", the one, the only..the Big Kahuna! Since our beginning,4yrs ago, the "Big K" has been our #1 seller,..and here's why: We start with our made in house, 96hr,cold fermented dough, hand stetched and parbaked to just the perfect condition,topped with our fresh made sauce, shredded mozzarella, pepperoni, italian sausage,red onions,green peppers,fresh baby bella shrooms,black olives,and, a sprinkling of our secret parmesan/romano dust..
