To our valued customers:
We are very sad to announce we will be closing/selling Le Poulet Fou. This decision came very hard on our hearts, but as a family we feel that it is the best thing moving forward. I feel we created something amazing, but it’s time our family to embark on other journeys. There are countless reasons, but as a family, it was crucial for us to remain as a unit to operate due to staffing shortages. And as a family, my children are going in different directions as they Finish high school and college. We have made a decision to move out of St. Charles Parish, as we deal with the aftermath of hurricane ida. We will miss all of you and I pray that someone with our passion and love for serving the community takes this challenge on.
